With ever increasing frequency we are being called to Citizen Participation.
On the great majority of occasions, the public institutions are the ones who convoke, and the citizens the ones who express our opinions and proposals.
On this occasion, we citizens, in our role as such, are the ones who are convoking our fellow citizens to participate in the development of our Society.
